For a place this good, the service is really bad. The receptionist needs to be more polite and improve the way they speak, and communication among the admins is poor. I hope they take this as a lesson for the future 🙏🏻🙏🏻

The admin is really disappointing and slow to respond. My friends were right, and that’s why I don’t want to return. There should be a phone at reception just for customers, with someone on duty at set hours, so requests don’t clash with those from other guests. We’re paying customers, not begging!!

I left some clothes behind and have messaged the admin many times, but replies are slow. I feel the admin isn’t honest. It was a bad experience, and I don’t want to come back, 1 star 👏🏻

The air-conditioned rooms are cool, and the staff are friendly. Good for a 3-5 hour transit, I recommend coming here.
