The Lotus Residence

Getting here from Bali's main areas is a bit of a trek, but arriving makes it worth it. They really make the experience feel special, with the rooms, pool, open field, waterfall, and massage tables. There’s even a Gates to Heaven statue. Love this place, love it.

We spent 3 nights here and held our wedding at the venue. The whole complex looked stunning, with high quality rooms and furniture, lovely food, and the friendliest staff. Artha deserves special thanks for communicating so well and taking care of everything. This hidden gem is highly recommended!

My family and friends joined me for a weekend at the end of Septembre 2023, while my wedding was taking place nearby. We all came away really happy with The lotus Residence and thoroughly charmed by the place and its staff. The setting is quiet, surrounded by a wonderful garden, and there are lots of facilities for sport and relaxation. The details throughout were perfect, and the staff were professional, kind, and helpful, always doing their best to make our stay great. We found a lovely present in our room when we returned after the wedding. That thoughtful gesture was touching and much appreciated. We had an amazing time, and I highly recommend staying here.

Chef Gusti made delicious Indonesian food for us every day. He checked what we'd like the next day and also handled our dietary needs and birthday celebration. The housekeeping, driver, and security teams took good care of us, and the beds were comfortable, with hot showers, strong water pressure, and WiFi. It worked wonderfully for our group of 9 travelling companions, with room to spend time together, enjoy spa treatments, or find a peaceful spot alone. The property has 6 suites, two of them twin, a large pavilion and pool, plus a spa and sauna with a plunge pool and yoga area at the bottom of the property. It seems to be about halfway between Seminyak and Ubud. A serene retreat from Bali's chaos, and a lovely place for a group of 12 or fewer. The warmth of the people and the service made leaving hard. I'm sorry to go.
