Hotel Tursina By RedDoorz

Would recommend.

The service was chaotic and very poor. There were no blankets or toothpaste, and the guard quoted 250 for the night. In the morning, a different receptionist said it was 300. There was also cat poop outside the room door, and who knows where the cat came from.

We’d agreed on a room with the guesthouse staff and had already unloaded our suitcases and bags into it. Then the owner came in, acting arrogant and boastful, and said the rate was different from what the staff had quoted and that we had to pay cash. There wasn’t even an apology. We tried to accept the cash price, but it had been inflated by more than the difference in room rate, so we decided against staying and carried our things back to the car. The owner then had the staff call us and offer the original price, but the words used to put us down as guests. We refused. This wasn’t about money. The way we were treated deeply hurt our dignity as guests. Absolutely not recommended.

The room was unclean, and the bathroom shower tap was broken. They gave us another room to shower in, but the water wouldn’t reach the tap. Wouldn’t recommend it.
