We ended up needing a night near the airport because our flight was cancelled, and this turned out to be a very good choice. It’s only a few minutes away. MELANIA at reception was especially kind, understanding, and professional, and explained everything clearly. Our original room wasn’t ready, so she offered us a free upgrade to a better room with improved features. We really appreciated that after such a stressful day. There’s also a pool, buffet, and 24-hour room service, which is handy when you arrive tired or at an unusual hour. The facilities were good, and the staff’s warm, caring approach made the stay a positive one. We’d highly recommend it if you need to stay near the airport.

I shared them to support better management and service, not simply to complain. I was struggling with the traumatic nature of what happened, so your sincere response meant a lot. Please pass on my thanks to Bapak Sam, the Chief Engineering, who was Manager on Duty that day. His quick response and decision to place a security officer near my room helped calm me and greatly eased my anxiety. He showed real empathy, and I saw that in his team too. When one of his team members helped with the door issue, he even offered on his own to move me to another room. I appreciated the offer, but declined because I felt the front office team should handle that matter, rather than engineering. The restaurant served delicious soto ayam and fried noodle, and breakfast had plenty of choices. We had a good stay through checkout, with friendly, helpful staff throughout. We were on a business trip and booked a standard room through an OTA, then got a smooth upgrade to a grand deluxe room when we arrived. It took less than 10 minutes to get there from the Praya airport. Our clean room had a spacious bathroom, bright sunshine through its single window, and a view over semi-rice fields. We’d definitely stay here again, and I’d recommend the hotel to others. Ricky made our visit much better, helping with everything from transport arrangements to useful local tips, always with care and professionalism. He was friendly, patient, and clear from the moment we arrived, and made us feel comfortable throughout. Thanks so much, Ricky!
