Aviary Bintaro

The rooftop pool and gym were great. I managed to spend a full two hours swimming and working out, with no complaints about the facilities. There's a bird mascot for kids, and I didn't expect to see a flying bird inside the hotel. That was cool, and they also have a bird cage where people can look and learn about it. My room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, and the hotel gave us complimentary items like Toraja drip coffee and drinks that were so good. The buffet was probably the best hotel buffet I've had so far, with loads of delicious choices from Nusantara to Western food. I came for one night and the service was outstanding. I checked in at 15:00, when parking was very full because of a wedding party, so security offered me free valet parking, which was really nice. Later I went down to my car because I'd forgotten something and found it parked in the basement about 10 cm from the wall with no scratches. Great parking skills from the security team 🫡. The hotel is so good that I always recommend it to colleagues.

The breakfast buffet is always excellent, and the rooms are comfortable. I've stayed at Aviary five times now and have had a fantastic stay each time. On this visit, though, there often weren't enough breakfast tables, and people were walking around looking for one or waiting. They might need to add more tables during busy periods. Otherwise, all great. See you again soon!

Parking is limited, though the security team is very responsive and attentive. I had a comfortable, refreshing staycation with my family. Kebayoran Residence is very close, and it's a great area for taking a walk and enjoying Bintaro. The stay genuinely exceeded my expectations.

We stayed with my family in a two-bedroom luxury suite. There was plenty of space, plus a kitchen set, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, stove, and cutlery, but no cooking utensils. There was no iron or ironing board either, and the wardrobe door was broken. The balcony was quite dirty and we didn't feel comfortable going out there. Our room faced the main road, so passing traffic, especially motorbikes, was clearly audible. Better soundproofing would help. By the way, I recommend booking directly with the hotel for a good price.
