I had booked online and had proof, but the hotel still asked me to pay in cash when I arrived. They also kept my 200,000 deposit. At 150,000 per night, that deposit doesn't make sense. I'd suggest avoiding this hotel. Thank you.

After a very difficult day, being mocked by the evening managers was unacceptable. The hotel wouldn't refund me even though I was asking a month ahead. The room was dirty and had no electricity, internet, or hot water, despite what they had offered.
