The power cuts make the elevator situation even worse: when the electricity goes out, the lights and lifts stop working. Even on regular days, management often has several elevators shut down, so only two of the four are running in each tower, sometimes just one. With so many people in the apartment, waits can stretch to around 10 minutes.

It’s reassuring that the building was only recently handed over, so many things are still under warranty. The Building Management Team handles service in one central place, including AC checks and repairs, which means we don’t have to find outside help. My one suggestion is to coordinate repair bookings more clearly, since there have been several mix-ups over appointment times. Keep up the good work!

The location is strategic and the building is good, though there’s room to improve. Some rooms don’t have proper facilities, such as a drain hose for the water heater.

I was drawn to Pacific Garden Campus Town Alam Sutera by the convenient location and quiet atmosphere, plus all the nice places to eat and cafés nearby. It feels suited to students and working professionals who want privacy and a calm place to focus. I think it’s a worthwhile investment.
