I’ve lived here since Sep'23, and the water supply is about as bad as it gets in an apartment. It cuts in and out every day, sometimes taking 10-20 minutes to come back. It keeps getting worse, and management doesn’t seem to have any solution.

Dear Collins Apartment, please take action regarding your employees, especially the receptionist named hAni. I was working as an ojol driver and had an order to deliver food to the apartment. The customer didn’t pay, so I asked the receptionist to contact them. She said she had no customer number and no access to enter the apartment. How can an employee not have an access card? In the end I lost my money. The service was very bad. Please don’t assume that an Ojol driver isn’t worth helping. The receptionist’s response was really pathetic.
