If only they'd reopen the restaurant and bar and start offering breakfast. The location is great overall, and there's a terrace with sea views. Rooms and service are excellent for the price, and the staff are fantastic, helpful and fun to be around. A very likeable budget hotel.

The bathrooms could use some improvement. The showers are a bit minimal, and the toilet is awkwardly placed so you sit right in front of the sink. Still, the rooms are good for the price, and the location is great, about a 10-minute walk from the city centre and the ferry terminal.

The Tanjung Pinang people were lovely, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean and had toiletries. It's within walking distance of tanjung pinang ferry terminal, and the hotel also provides free pick-up and drop-off there. Great location at this very good seaside hotel. Breakfast options were too good. Everything was awesome!

The rooms are basic, but the rates are good and the location worked really well for us. We could get local dishes through room service at reasonable prices, and there were car and motorbike rentals and tours too. The staff were very friendly, even offering in-room massages. This was the best service we've had at a one-star hotel. There are no stairs, which is the only downside, though the staff happily carried our bags up to the room.

It's close to the ferry terminals, which is handy. The room and bathroom were compact and clean, but the room smelled strongly of cigarettes. The interior looked very worn, and the AC wasn't giving out cold air.
