The staff respond quickly when something breaks, and the caretaker is good. I was very satisfied with the hotel.

We stayed five days and booked two rooms. The rooms were quite good, and the hotel staff were friendly, especially Kak Anjar and the woman wearing a hijab, whose name I forgot. There wasn’t enough space for the hotel to provide car parking, so we had to park across the street and pay the housing complex security 10k per day. Even so, this hotel is worth it 😊

The price was affordable, and I hope the hotel does even better in the future. I’d stop by again if I get the chance, hehe. We booked two rooms for four days, first side by side, then one became a connecting room the next day. The hotel looked new or like it was being renovated. When we arrived, the rooms were already in full use, but the swimming pool, first-floor cafe, and elevator weren’t ready yet. Some rooms still seemed to need work, perhaps because it was rush hour. The front desk service was good, though it could improve. The technicians were quite good and handled things quickly.

Very clean and pleasant, with friendly staff. The supervisor, Mr. Asep, was especially nice and had a good sense of humor.
