I'm very disappointed. Breakfast was included in the price, but there was no food available in the morning. I got back from work at 3AM and couldn't get into the hotel because the gate was closed, so I had to sleep in my car until 8AM.

The room was roomy, and the sheets and blankets were clean. The location is convenient, the rate is affordable, and the hot water lasts around 5-7 minutes before it cools off. The pillows were yellowing and didn’t feel fresh, though. Maybe they need replacing, or perhaps room service hadn’t changed the pillowcases. About the lobby woman, I had the same experience other guests mentioned: she seemed a bit grumpy, but was very friendly when I saw her in the morning. It sounds like she can be nice at night during check-in too.
