The pool was a highlight, with three sections at different temperatures. It was so enjoyable to soak in the hot water and then get into the cold pool. After four years living in Bali, I really enjoyed getting away from my usual routine here, surrounded by beautiful rice terraces. I've never stayed in a hotel of this quality. The room was spotless, with lovely, well-planned lighting, a very comfortable bed, excellent shower pressure, and new, clean fixtures. The service and breakfast were excellent too. Thank you to the hotel staff for taking such good care of us, and I wish you kind and honorable guests.

The public jacuzzi adds a nice touch to the day, and the breakfast has plenty of smoothies to try, even if they're new to you. In the room, the soaking tub is great for unwinding after a long day, and everything feels thoughtfully arranged and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely designed, with a comfortable bed, warm lighting, and beautiful decor. A cozy, elegant choice in Bali for comfort, quality, and a bit of peace.

The constant, strong mold smell in our room was the one serious problem for me. There was a dehumidifier, but it made no difference. The odor wasn't just lingering after a shower or bath, it was there all the time, and I'm concerned it could affect health. We stayed two nights and otherwise had a very positive experience. The service was excellent: staff welcomed us warmly, kept in touch, and answered questions or requests quickly. Check-in and checkout were easy. Our spacious room had a large, comfortable bed, looked clean with white bedding and towels, and matched the photos. Water, drinks, and snacks were included, and breakfast was decent. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes from Ubud center, so it's peaceful but you'll need transport for most tourist spots. That wasn't a problem for us. Booking.com also doesn't make it very clear what view you'll get from the room. It's a nice hotel with great service and rooms that do match the pictures.

Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and excellent every morning. The hotel was spotless, which made it comfortable to stay, and the staff were so friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Their service made a real difference. I had an amazing visit, would highly recommend it, and would definitely come back.
