We loved having restaurants within easy walking distance, and could also walk to local waterfalls and temples. When we wanted to go farther, the staff quickly arranged drivers. Hiring a scooter is another option if you want more independence. Kaki Uma Villa is such a peaceful, intimate place to retreat to. From arrival, the local staff treated us with genuine warmth and made us feel like family. They took care of every detail, and the breakfast they prepared each morning became something we looked forward to. We’ll carry these memories with us and can’t wait to return.

We mostly relaxed at the villa, though there are plenty of places to walk to for lunch or dinner. The tropical gardens were beautiful and well kept, with rice paddies in view, and we loved the koi pond. Staff were friendly and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. After five days, we left completely rested. A wonderful experience, highly recommend 🥰

Quiet and peaceful, with nature and privacy to enjoy, and the villa was clean with everything we needed. The boys were warm and hospitable, and breakfast was delicious. Having parking was convenient too. We loved this cozy villa and will definitely come back.

The rooms are very clean, and I was happy with the service. They even let us check in early, and the staff were attentive, asking us every day what we wanted for breakfast the next morning. The trio, two guys and one girl, were especially friendly and welcoming, always smiling, while staying professional. It’s a fairly new resort outside Ubud’s main town, but they rent motorbikes for getting around. If I make it back to Bali, I’d still choose them.
