The care put into this property shows everywhere. It was a fantastic stay, with the whole resort kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and quality. The staff were warm, professional, and knew their work well. I also really enjoyed the food and drinks, especially the menu, which felt thoughtfully put together by people who understand beverages.

That new villa was incredible, beautiful and comfortable, and easily one of the best places I’ve stayed. Everything exceeded what I expected. Every person I met was friendly, kind, and helpful, and the service stayed great throughout. You can feel how much care goes into the little details. Thanks to everyone for such a lovely time.

Butler Leno was so kind and really made our visit even better. The whole team was friendly and helpful, and the pool, jacuzzi, and other facilities were all well cared for. We had a great stay, and both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were really good.

Our arrival set a pretty disappointing tone. After a long flight, we were asked to sit and wait for our keys. When we asked for water, the response was, “Oh, you need water?” We weren't offered even a glass. Other five-star hotels we've stayed at welcomed us with tea, lemonade, or fruit, so being left waiting like we were at a train station felt unexpectedly rude. We had booked the sensual hanging tent with an infinity pool for about $600 a night. The setting is beautiful, but the amenities were broken and unclean. Requests had to go through WhatsApp, and the service was slow and poor. We ordered tea at 8:30 and it arrived at 10:00. They ask you to confirm requests, so if you aren't checking your phone, your order doesn't come through. There was no receptionist, and with lots of guests it may be hard for them to keep up. We spent our supposedly relaxing holiday chasing small things by WhatsApp. When we ordered a big, expensive dinner, though, everyone came to fuss over us, even the manager. That was sad to see, and the dinner left a bad taste. When we booked a massage, they sent the offer straight away. The two people who served our special dinner were extremely kind and gentle, though I'm sorry I forgot their names. I can't recommend this place when Ubud has so many great options.
