Twins Bali House

The room was clean, private, and peaceful, but Guna is what really makes this place stand out. He lives next door, makes sure you’re looked after, and offers excellent private tours around Bali. With him we saw waterfalls, rice terraces, temples, and local spots most tourists miss, with authentic insights along the way. He’s a host, local guide, driver, and friend all in one. Even with our arrival delayed by several hours and a mix-up that meant nobody had told him about our booking, he got up in the middle of the night, welcomed us with a smile, and went out of his way to get us water and towels. He took responsibility for something that wasn’t his fault, which says a lot about him. If you want a real Balinese experience with someone who truly cares about guests, this is the place. We’d happily return and can’t recommend it enough.
