Alam Anda Ocean Front Resort & Spa

We got a seafront room with a fantastic view, and the dive centre was one of the best I’ve visited. We bought the six-dive package, and everything was well organized, with great guides and carefully planned dives. The house reefs are worth a look too. The grounds, rooms, pool, restaurant and spa were immaculate. It was just after the season, so the resort was quiet and the service was incredible. Everyone was friendly and polite. Breakfast had lots to choose from, including eggs and pancakes cooked to order. Definitely try the banana pancakes! The lunch and dinner menu was good as well, so there’s no need to leave the premises.

The little bungalows blew me away. Such a relaxing beach vibe, honestly the best place I’ve ever stayed ❤️ I’m definitely coming back 😍

If you want somewhere quiet to take it easy by the pool, this is a great choice. The resort is tucked away, but the friendly staff always go the extra mile to make you comfortable. The gardens are lush, neat and well maintained. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. We stayed a couple of days for diving, as it came in a package at a pretty reasonable price.

We love nature, but we still want our room to feel safe, especially somewhere this wild. The toilet is open, so things can get in, and we weren’t comfortable with that. At night we heard noises in the room and couldn’t tell what animal they came from. We found a scorpion in our room and felt unsafe, so unfortunately we left after one night. The place itself is lovely. The gardeners do a great job, breakfast was amazing, and the people who welcomed us and helped with our things were polite.
