Tommy is a gem, and this place is going to stay in our hearts. The walking tour with him made a huge difference. He shared so much about local life, culture, places, plants, fruits, and agriculture. We arrived as guests and left as friends. We stayed with the family and had a lovely time at their small, cute cafe too. The cooking class with Tommy, his wife Mira, and his mom, the restaurant's chef, was delicious and made us feel like part of the family. We totally recommend staying here if you want to explore Tetebatu with lovely local people.

The views on the walking tour were beautiful, and I really recommend doing it. The family who own the bungalows are lovely and make you feel like one of their own. They also helped us get to an ATM and the local market. The bungalow was clean and comfortable, easily the best accommodation we had over five weeks in Indonesia.

We planned two nights at Tetebatu Valley Bungalow and were lucky enough to stay longer. The bed was really comfortable, and the view was amazing. Tommy took us on two interesting tours where we learned a lot about Indonesian people and nature. His wife is a fantastic cook, and her pancakes were the best. All in all, a great experience.

We stayed two nights and were really happy with the bungalow. It's on the family's farm, so expect chickens calling around 6am, and the views when you wake up are amazing. The village is close by, as are the rice fields. Inside, everything was very clean, with a good bed and mattress, USB plugs, and hot water. It was one of the highest quality bungalows we'd had in Indonesia. We came by scooter using Google Maps, but some roads it showed weren't there, and some real roads were missing. It'd be helpful if the hosts sent directions when people book.
