Aviator Bali

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the service was top-notch. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Aviator’s design is so detailed and futuristic that stepping inside felt like boarding a luxury spacecraft. It’s rare to find such a bold concept paired with real comfort. Five stars all the way!

The location was great, close to good restaurants but away from noisy areas. We stayed in room 104 on the ground floor and loved its big windows and little garden. The bathroom was small but neat, and the shower was good. The room was so comfortable and well put together that we didn’t feel like leaving it. Peri Kristo and Anyu were amazing, always friendly and helpful. It was lovely to see their smiles and chat whenever we came in. Aviator was beyond what we expected and one of our favorite places to stay in Bali. We’ll definitely return.

The staff made a real difference for me. Communication was smooth, they responded quickly, and they did what they could to sort out problems. I appreciate their effort and support. The secure, guest-only entrance also helped me feel safe, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The location is good, close to the main attractions. I first got a standard room that was small, dark, and had no soundproofing, which made it very uncomfortable. After I complained, staff offered to move me to a higher-category room for an extra fee. That room was better, but there were still several issues. I was in room 303, facing a construction site, and a dog barked nonstop for about 10 minutes, which was very disturbing. The soundproofing was poor overall, and there were no blackout curtains, just inconvenient blinds. Wi-Fi was weak, and basic items like a toothbrush and soap weren’t provided. The shower drain barely worked, so I had to call maintenance twice. An iron was only available on request and had to be returned immediately after use, which is inconvenient for a longer stay. There was no water dispenser, just two small 0.5L complimentary bottles each day. It would also help to have something for drying clothes on the balcony, since using chairs is inconvenient. I’d suggest booking a higher-category room with a Ferris wheel view, as those seem to have at least some soundproofing.

The hotel felt new and was in great condition, with no mold at all, which matters a lot. Housekeeping did a great job, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were wonderful, friendly, and always ready to help. It’s in a great location that’s still very quiet, so it’s easy to relax. Highly recommend booking here!
