The location in canggu is good, and the service staff were friendly. But the rooms were below standard. The toilet drain smelled bad, and bugs crawled on the bed at night. I ended up with some bites, though I can’t be sure they were bed bugs. The room hygiene standards need work.

We’ve been coming back for four years and always enjoy it. The place is spotless, peaceful, and in a great location, which works well for families. Service is excellent, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. A wonderful place ❤️

I lived in Bali for six years, and Ayuna Suites is the best place! The location is perfect, close to everything, even on foot. It’s very clean and always being maintained. Most of all, the staff are amazing and always there to look after us. If you go to Canggu, you have to stay here. You won’t regret it, trust me.

The peaceful setting beside a beautiful rice paddy field was lovely, and local cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. My family stayed in these suites for six nights, and it was perfect from the first day. Every staff member gave us such a warm welcome. The bedding and bathroom setup were excellent, with quality necessities. The internet was incredibly fast, service was great, and it was excellent value for money. Highly recommended, and definitely my first choice when I visit the area again.

My girlfriend and I left everything back home in the UK to travel, work, and get as much experience as possible. This was the best place to begin that journey. The management and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They’d thought of everything and provided it, and if something wasn’t there, they’d go out of their way to get it so we’d be happy. We were lucky to have lovely guests staying at the same time and felt like part of the family. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed, and we’ll 100% be back!
