I booked through Agoda, but when I reached the lobby there was only a security guard and no receptionist. They told me it was a scam, and there seemed to be some apartment contact or candidate involved, but nothing was clear. Don’t book here.
2/10
There was nobody at the front desk, my WhatsApp message stayed on one tick, and the security guard wasn’t helpful. With two buildings and unclear service, I was sent between the lobbies and waited a long time. They said the room had just been cleaned, but it looked nothing like the app photos or description. It seemed more like a spare or staff room, with piles of dirty blankets and a small mattress with springs poking out. No TV or hot water. The little cupboard was full of bottles, tissues, cleaning supplies, and other things. Very disappointed :(
