The room we started in had no AC, and at night it was hot, so with the kids we couldn't manage and paid to upgrade to a suite. The water was very cold. They gave us a free minibar, but only two bottles of water for six people. When I asked for more, they brought just two again. Four bottles for a day and night isn't enough, especially when you need to make milk for children. The pool was cold too, with no heater. The room felt quite old for the price, which seemed unnecessarily high. Management should think this through.

It's nice to see Inna Tretes making such positive changes. The landscape is cared for, and the food is good, which makes the hotel a great place to stay. We enjoyed it and can't wait to come back and see how things keep improving. I'd recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, pretty place with good food.

We found it peaceful here, a good escape from the crowds, and the hospitality was very good. Breakfast was included, with plenty of menu choices, and the price was affordable. The hotel has a beautiful mid-century feel, with quite advanced facilities, and its location beside a hill makes it an especially lovely place for a staycation.

We spent 3D2N at Inna Tretes and had a great time. The mountain view and fresh air made the ambience lovely, and the room was great too. Staff were friendly, quick to respond, and proactive. I'd love to stay here again. Thank you, Inna Tretes.
