Room 3012 was stuffy and dusty when I arrived, with lots of cobwebs. I was only given one towel, and the headboard looked dirty. The toilet wasn't very clean either, though the hot water worked fine. At reception it was dark and the staff weren't very friendly. The security guard was okay and gave me directions in a friendly way. The TV didn't work at all.

Worst hotel I've stayed in. The AC wasn't cold, and when I reported it, I just got blah blah blah. The lady was mean, and the guy on duty at night was the same. Oh my. The owner needs to overhaul the team. They've already had bad ratings and lots of complaints, but still keep those two on staff. The owner is worse if they don't change the team.

I ended up leaving without staying, and I’m fine with losing the money. The female staff were rude and unfriendly, and even swore at customers. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Haha, prices shoot up as New Year gets closer, even though the rooftop service room is still dirty and awful.

The power kept cutting out during my one night there, about ten times in all. I’ve never stayed somewhere with the lights going off so often. If the electrical capacity is too low, maybe they should increase the amperage. Really sorry, I forgot 🥴
