The staff were kind and really friendly, which makes it sad that the facilities are in such rough shape. The rooms are badly run down, the pools are empty, and there's rotten wood. There's no Wi-Fi, and hot water may or may not be available depending on the day. The photos are very old, and the owners haven't kept the rooms up. It's a great idea in a good location, but the owners seem greedy and don't put money into maintenance. It's a shame, because it was probably once an amazing place for a family stay.

Rooms were dirty and badly looked after, and the service was extremely slow and unhelpful. The location couldn't make up for the experience, and it definitely wasn't worth the price. The villa was a huge disappointment. I'd never come back, and I'd tell people to avoid this place. If zero stars were possible, that's what I'd give.

The private pool was such a treat, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their kind service. Our room was spotless, though it could use a makeover to freshen it up. The place is tucked away from busy roads and noise, but it's on a great street, with delicious warungs and trendy cafes an easy walk away. Getting in and out of the area was easy too. We had breakfast, which was nice, though a bit high in calories for us. To be fair, the restaurant hadn't opened yet after closing during C-19.

The hotel is very old and poorly maintained. It felt spooky, and I couldn't stay there. Please book somewhere else.

The outside of the villa doesn't look promising, but once you go inside and see the rooms, you'll be impressed. Every villa has its own private pool.
