The mattress and sheets were stained, the toilet was disgusting and had no lock, and I couldn't even bring myself to use it. I also didn't bathe that day, and after an exhausting day I couldn't get a proper night's sleep. The room had a connecting door with a hole above it, so you could see into the other room. They said air conditioning wasn't needed because it was cool, but it was normal weather with only a wall fan, and its pull cord didn't work so the speed couldn't be adjusted. This place was super nasty. I hope the hotel shuts down for good.

The lake-view room was nice, clean and spacious, though the price felt a bit high. The hotel's in the center of Tuktuk. Restaurant staff could be more polite and improve their attitude. I also think every room needs AC, since the weather in Tuktuk is no longer very comfortable, especially during the day.

We had booked two nights, but this was a really bad experience and I'll never come back. The yard had lots of broken stones that should be cleared away. Inside, the bedroom smelled old and neglected, with lots of dust. When I first lay down, I was worried there might be maggots because the sheets and blanket were damp and looked like they hadn't been changed. The bathroom was very dirty, including the floor, toilet and walls. There was a hole in the window that could let someone peek in while we showered. The water was barely running and might have stopped altogether. After being out all day, I was tired but chose not to shower because there was so little water. I'm disappointed there was a cottage like this in Tuk tuk.

We were in room 17. The shower was broken, but the bidet had enough pressure that we used it to wash instead, and it worked well. Charging our phones at the socket above the bed affected the nearby light switch, which was inconvenient. The notice by the door was only in Indonesian, so as a foreigner I had to use Google Translate.
