The bed itself was clean, but the room and bathroom were really dirty, with hair, mould, and bits of chewing gum around. The shower barely worked and was held together with tape.

The receptionist asked customers for extra money, saying the Traveloka price didn’t match the hotel price. They’re basically tricking customers. There’s no point listing the room in the app if guests are then charged an extra usual rate at check-in, and the transfer goes to a personal account instead of one in the hotel’s name. ❗

Highly recommended.

It’s not bad.

I booked through booking.com, but when I got there they said they no longer worked with the site. I lost the money I’d paid in the app and had to book again through another one, which cost a lot because it was Eid. Better call the hotel before booking online.
