The location was easy to find, and the room was clean. The AC worked okay, though it didn't get as cold as it could. Still, I hope the service improves. In room 112 at OYO 91429 Butterfly boarding house, the bathroom shower faucet didn't work, and the second-floor drainage wasn't working properly. The electricity went out several times in just one hour, whether from trips or something else. The parking lot also wasn't spacious enough if guests drove to each room. Thank you.

The brochure showed an old price that didn't match when I arrived. They said the hot water was broken, and Netflix, which they said would work, didn't work when I first got there.

I was really disappointed. I'd paid after booking through an online app, but when I got there the employee said the rooms were full and only one room remained. It didn't have the facilities I'd booked, since the bathroom was outside. I asked how it could be full when the online booking had gone through and payment was automatic. The employee replied cynically and rudely, blaming us for booking online at night. In an unfriendly tone, the female employee said, "the room conditions are full, only that room is left, if you want it, please, but if you don't want it, that's fine." When I asked for a refund, she said, "no refund, and it will be considered a forfeited check-in." I was truly disappointed, and I suggest they change the service.
