We arrived after paying online, but the hotel wouldn't give us a room or return the payment. They said they no longer work with online platforms and offered a room for 130K IDR instead. Now there seems to be no way to recover what we paid online. Feels like a scam :D
2/10
They took our booking and payment, then said there'd be no refund. Their alternative was a room at twice the price. They claim they don't take online bookings, even though they're still listed on three sites.
2/10
They tried to charge us 40% extra, then refused to refund us. Scam!

Mrs. Lilies is so helpful and friendly. The boarding house is clean and comfortable, right in the city center and close to the terminal.
10/10
The owner is kind and friendly, and the rooms and boarding area are spacious, clean, and well equipped. They respond quickly if you have an issue. The landlady even let me keep breast milk in her freezer. Thanks, sir! I'd recommend staying here in Tulungagung 🙏🏻😊.
