Urbanview Hotel Trisna Tulungagung

For this price, this is the best hotel in the world. Really good!

There were cockroaches all over the place, and the room smelled awful. The sheets and bedcover looked like they hadn't been changed, with lots of dirty marks on both. The mattress was unusable, with wires already sticking out, and the water heater wasn't switched on. Even the liquid bath soap came in a container like one for dishwashing liquid. I'm fed up with this place. It's not fit to be sold as a hotel, and I won't stay here again. I really don't recommend it.

The staff were friendly and quick to help, but the cleanliness was poor. Stains on the sheets, blankets, and pillows made them disgusting, whether they hadn't been washed or the marks were just too hard to remove. The cupboards were dusty, and there was toothpaste left in the bathroom from the previous guest. I hope they make some improvements so guests can feel more comfortable.

I stayed here in December 2025, and it was really dirty. It felt like a house converted into a hotel, with the owner living there. The whole vibe was like staying at a relative's place, not a hotel. There was no parking either, so I had to park across the street at the prayer room.
