Bi Design House

The art gallery tour arranged by the house was a highlight for us, especially if you love art. The rooms and food were top notch, too. Staff and owner look after every detail with so much care that you really feel at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back for longer, and to joining Sheila's workshops. Bi Design House is a wonderful, unique experience in Canggu!

Breakfast was consistently excellent, something I genuinely looked forward to each morning. The staff were warm and attentive, often seeming to know what you needed before you said it. And the setting is such a rare find: rice fields still visible from this quiet pocket of Canggu, while cafes, shops, and restaurants are close by. BI Design House is one of the most beautiful places I've stayed. Its bold, expressive design and the artwork on display from artists in the studio give the whole place a creative energy that made me feel more imaginative as soon as I arrived. It feels made for artists and creative minds, and there's something about the atmosphere that draws you in. You're in the heart of everything, but the villa feels calm and removed from the chaos. Easily one of Canggu's best stays for anyone who appreciates design, art, and places that make you feel something.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it couldn't have been more perfect. The villa sits on a quiet street with rice fields behind it, yet it's close to the nightlife in the heart of Canggu. The food was exquisite, both in quality and in the care that went into preparing it. My favorite part was the staff: their attentiveness, kindness, and smiles made our celebration feel extra special. We also arranged a morning yoga session, and the instructor was one of the best I've experienced. I highly recommend this gem!

The best part for us was the easy sense of community. Yoga, art, and shared meals all fit together naturally, and it felt like a place where creativity and connection are part of everyday life. It's a peaceful, nourishing retreat in central Canggu, where body and mind can recharge. We felt at home right away thanks to Sasha and Sheila's quick, clear, dependable communication and all the team's genuine warmth. The rooms have so many thoughtful details, from soft, cozy, lovely smelling bedding to fresh water, little treats, and spotless cleanliness. Tea or coffee comes in beautiful cups, a nice excuse to pause. Breakfast looked lovely and tasted wonderful, lovingly prepared and nourishing, a gentle start to the day. We love this place and will definitely return again and again. We truly arrived and savored the moment, rather than just staying somewhere.
