The moped shuttle made getting to and from Ubud’s main high street easy. We booked this place at short notice while in Bali because we wanted to experience Ubud, and I’m so glad we picked it. The rooms were nicely appointed, the staff were lovely, and the location worked well. We’ll definitely come back.

Breakfast was amazing, and the villa itself was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s no way for a car to drop you at the villa, so get its WhatsApp number and ask the staff to pick you up from Ubud central parking.

The pool was beautiful, and check-in and check-out were easy. We spent five nights here, with delicious breakfasts and rooms cleaned as often as we needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and we could get the shuttle whenever we needed it. Thanks to everyone for making our time in Ubud so special.

We were up in the hills, surrounded by paid fields, and it was so quiet. Each morning the staff rode us down to the town centre on motorbikes, and we could call them for a ride back whenever we wanted. The last pick-up was at 10.00pm. Our villa was the cutest, close to the pool, and had tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning and a fridge. The team were always smiling and ready to help with anything. Samara Village Team are absolute sweethearts. Thank you for looking after Cristina and me. We had a wonderful stay and experience, and we’ll recommend you to all our friends.

We were so impressed with the restaurant that we’re going again tonight. The food tasted wonderful, the way it was served and the plate decorations showed such attention to detail, and the atmosphere was lovely. The staff were welcoming, and Yan Ari made the night even better with her knowledge, kindness and lovely service. I’ve worked in hospitality for many years at an exclusive Golf Club in USA, so I feel I can appreciate the care that went into it. Whatever you choose, you won’t regret it. Wonderful!
