Ayu Homestay felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It’s family-run, and everyone was genuinely kind and happy to help, which gave the property a cheerful, peaceful feel. The location is central but quiet, within walking distance of Monkey Forest Road, cafés, and local markets. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and breakfast was fresh and thoughtfully made. The smiles and positive energy made it feel like a home instead of just a place to stay. Good value and heartfelt hospitality. I’d happily return, and would recommend it.

The family who own the place were caring and accommodating, making sure we had what we needed. We stayed four nights and had an incredible time. The room was really spacious, as was the private bathroom. It also had a kettle, coffee, tea bags, and hangers for wet clothes during rainy season.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the location was just right, close to all the action but on a quiet side street. I loved staying with Putu at Ayu Homestay. They’re such kind hosts. I’d recommend it to other travelers and will definitely come back.

Breakfast on the veranda was such a nice touch, and the bed was cozy. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the place is quiet at night even though it’s right in the center, just a short walk from the Royal Palace and Monkey Forest. Everyone was kind and ready to help, so I felt at home right away. Irene and I had a wonderful few days at Ayu Homestays. We’d happily come back. A big hug from Marco and Irene!

The location is right in the center, but the homestay still feels quiet and peaceful. We found the deluxe room beautiful and clean, with a big comfortable bed, a bathtub, and a spacious bathroom. The people there were really warm and helpful. Breakfast is more of a light snack, so you may want to arrange something extra if you’re very hungry. I’d recommend the deluxe room.
