I spent two weeks at this lovely homestay and had an amazing time. It was cosy and friendly, and felt like home. The location is central but really quiet, with no crazy traffic outside the window. It was clean, the wifi was fast, and there was the option to rent a scooter. I’ll definitely come back next time. Thank you so much!

The whole extended family made me feel welcome. Iwox went out of his way to help with anything I needed, and Mom made wonderful banana pancakes with fresh fruit for breakfast. My room was large and the bed comfortable. I even went on a sunrise hike with the father. On a scale of 1-10, it was easily a 12.

I had a beautiful stay here in May 2022. The people were lovely and the rooms for rent were nice, and I felt like part of the family. Please send my best wishes and hugs to Ibu Made and Ibu Nyoman. I couldn’t come back, unfortunately, because the rooms were already booked the next time I was in Ubud, and I’d also fallen sick and didn’t want to put anyone at risk. All the best to the family. I stayed with my family for a week. We were met warmly, and there are many local families living here. Breakfast in the mornings was some fruit and pancakes. Motorbike noise was constant and disturbed us. Cleaning happened only one day, after we asked.

The owner, waiyan, can tell you about a ceremony held at the b&b every 6 months. It caught me by surprise, and it could be a nice way to experience authentic Balinese life. I also loved all the vines and lush plants around the house and room. A good choice for me 😁
