For a peaceful break away from the noise, this place and room are just right. We spent two lovely nights in a Lagoon Access pool room. The room was stunning and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a view of the private pool. There was an alfresco-style lounge, a minibar, tea and coffee facilities, and a huge vanity area with two wardrobes. The rest of the bathroom had a large deep bath, toilet and shower. The private pool wasn’t very deep, but it was lovely to relax in. Two gates led from it to the lagoon and to a deck with two sun loungers and an umbrella. The lagoon was beautiful and deeper than the private pool. The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay, including buggy rides to and from your room, breakfast and the lobby. Widi, Gede and Windia gave us wonderful service.

The staff were always friendly, attentive and accommodating, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The food was outstanding, and both the alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks were delicious and expertly made. My wife and I made the most of staying in the villas by getting massages whenever we could. Ayu and Marni were amazing at their work, and every massage left us completely knocked out. We had a wonderful stay at Furama. The villas are beautiful and peaceful, with a great sense of privacy inside a welcoming resort. Everything exceeded our expectations. Our time there went by far too quickly, which says a lot about how much we enjoyed it. We’re already looking forward to coming back, and would highly recommend Furama for a relaxing, memorable getaway.

The staff made our Chinese New Year holiday with my wife feel intimate and special. FO; DIAN helped us warmly, and AGUNG and AYU looked after us with genuine care at the restaurant. Everyone we met was welcoming and sincere. Our room was spotless and peaceful, with a cozy feel that made it easy to unwind. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the bathtub. The food was delicious and thoughtfully presented, too. We had a memorable stay at FuramaXclusive Ubud. Thank you, we hope to return soon.

We booked the Deluxe Private Pool Villa for one day and a Premium Room for the next, but the team kindly upgraded us so we could keep enjoying the private pool villa for both days. That thoughtful gesture made our trip feel special. Widi and Esy were especially polite, gentle, and caring throughout our stay. The whole staff was warm, humble, and ready to help with a smile. Furama Bali had a lovely ambience and hospitality that went beyond what we expected. We had an unforgettable stay.

FO: DIAN was so helpful and attentive, and AGUNG and AYU took thoughtful care of us at the restaurant. The kindness of every staff member made our Chinese New Year stay with my husband feel especially meaningful. They were all so sincere, I couldn't name everyone individually. The room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. I loved the bathtub, and the food was delicious, balanced, and beautifully presented. Thank you for making the holiday so memorable. We'll definitely return.
