The room flooded when it rained, even with every door and window shut. When I asked for it to be cleaned, they came with a dirty mop. There were insects in the bed and room when we arrived, and the sheets had stains each time. There was no hand wash, and I wouldn’t expect clean sheets here. Customer service also lacked professionalism. Getting into the villa was awful. There’s no reception, and the lock on our villa didn’t work. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Mayun and the rest of the staff were just a call away and went out of their way to help with every request. Their kindness and attention made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Golden Bee Villa Ubud is quiet and close to the heart of Ubud, so we could explore while still enjoying privacy. The villa is beautifully designed and surrounded by nature. Our room was spotless, cozy, and well-appointed, and the private pool felt like a little paradise. We left feeling recharged and are already planning to return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud! 🐝💛

The villa is spacious and clean, with friendly staff, and it’s close to Ubud center. Mornings were very calm, the breakfast was great, and I highly recommend staying here. 🥰😘
