Jungle Haven Resort Central Ubud

Fery, the hotel manager, was wonderful and helped us with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, the rooms spotless, and the food was perfect. Every staff member was incredibly friendly. We’ll definitely come back. Thanks so much, Fery, for making the stay so memorable.

I’ve come back three times already. The pool is huge and beautiful, and the place is quiet despite being right in the middle of Ubud. My room was clean and cozy. So far, room 105 is my favorite. 🤩

The location feels private and tucked away, even though shops and restaurants are close by. Everyone on staff was lovely and helpful. I really enjoyed staying here and hope I can come back someday.

The staff were genuinely lovely, polite, and helpful, especially the receptionist, whose friendliness made a difference. We appreciated the basic toiletries and slippers, and after we asked the next day, the team cleaned the room properly and changed the sheets. It was dusty and had bugs at check-in, though, and I slept badly the first night. The room also felt old and overpriced for its condition. Our private pool stayed dirty the whole time, so we couldn’t use it, which was a big letdown since it was one of the main reasons we booked. Breakfast choices were limited, and I only had toast because the other options weren’t to my taste. I hope management improves room upkeep and cleanliness, cleans the private pools properly, and adds more breakfast variety. The staff’s helpful attitude was the best part of our stay.
