Kahayana Suites

The restaurant was excellent, and we really enjoyed the food. Breakfast was included and delicious, with the option to pay extra for something more complete. Throughout our stay, everything was spotless and well maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We had an amazing stay at Kayana suites and highly recommend it.

The staff at Kahayana were so friendly and genuinely interested in chatting and getting to know you. Everyone, from housekeeping to reception, was lovely and super helpful. The surroundings are lovely and the pool is great. The ground floor rooms are comfortable, but they’re very close to the pool, so there’s little privacy if you want to spend the day in the room unless you shut the blinds and sit in the dark. At night, pool area light still comes into the room even with the blinds closed, which may bother people who need complete darkness to sleep. They also don’t have a filter where guests can refill water bottles.

Thanks to WIRA, RISA, LISNA. The staff were warm and attentive, patient and professional from check-in through their travel advice, and even gave us local snacks. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with delicious homemade Balinese dishes, and it was excellent value for money. The room was spotless, with soft, comfortable bedding, full bathroom amenities, and strong water pressure. In a quiet spot within walking distance of the market, the lush tropical gardens capture Balinese charm. Such a delightful surprise in Ubud. I’ll stay again next time and recommend it to friends!

Wira and his team make the arrival smooth, kind, and personal, with thoughtful details that make the stay effortless. You can tell the hospitality is sincere and the team really cares. The people at Restaurant de’TOPAZ deserve a mention too, their service and atmosphere complement the hotel perfectly. We’ll gladly return.
