Adi was the standout for me. He was kind, diligent, responsible and professional, and I really appreciated the care he showed. I first came to book a room, and he personally showed me around and helped with the process. Once I agreed to take it, he even took the initiative to clean it himself. He was understanding and supportive when I told him I felt uneasy about staying there alone. The hotel seemed quite old, and as a solo traveler I found it a little unsettling, so I decided not to stay. The staff were welcoming, and the location and restaurant were good. I'm grateful for the service, especially Adi's exceptional care.

I found this resort while visiting Ubud yesterday, and it was very comfortable. The price felt fair for what you get, the service was good, and the setting felt safe and welcoming to local guests as well. I think I stayed in Room 2. It was tidy, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The AC was cold, and there was a water heater, a bathtub and other facilities. They'd also provided mosquito repellent, which was useful since there were mosquitoes. Drinks for sale were very affordable. This could be a great place to stay on a trip to Ubud.

There's plenty of room and a lovely atmosphere here, and the owner and staff are very humble. It's reasonably priced and close enough to walk to Ubud market. They only serve breakfast, but the service is really nice. I'd recommend staying here, 100%.

The staff really made the stay stand out. They were polite, attentive, and happy to help with transport, local suggestions, or special requests. If you want to be near Ubud palace and Art market, this is a great place to stay.
