I liked the place's own vibe. It's empty, quiet, and unusual, though it looks a bit abandoned. The view is really good, and swimming costs 50k. Maybe not somewhere I'd stay, though. The rooms are old and dark.

The stars are for the atmosphere, not for the usual things like service or cleanliness. At night it felt like stepping into an enchanted castle from a Disney classic, especially like the castle Beauty finds in Beauty and the Beast. It's mesmerizing and unique, with nature reclaiming parts of the place. It feels like a genius with a Frankenstein-like mind created it, and only a particular sort of person would appreciate it. I visited with friends, then went back once more just to soak up the mood. I didn't stay overnight, and I'm unsure what staying there would be like. It isn't really a hotel for mainstream travelers.
It feels like another world here. You can pick up on a lingering energy, so I'd recommend it as a retreat.
The pictures don't show what it's really like. I enjoy urban decay, but I still spent six hours cleaning my room before it felt habitable. The manager wouldn't talk to me directly, and the staff were rude, lazy, and unhelpful. They talk about building a community, but honestly I felt like I was intruding. On my last night there was a tea towel in the kitchen soaked in urine. Stay at your own risk.
This place needs a major renovation. Even in the room they called renovated, the bathroom had no electricity and some switches didn't work properly. The price they initially asked was far too high for what the place offered.
