The welcome was lovely: we arrived to drinks, and our bags were already in the room before we noticed. Staff greeted us with smiles wherever we went and were always ready to help. The place itself is absolutely beautiful, and room service runs 24/7. Would definitely recommend it, 10/10.

The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious each morning, with plenty of variety. The whole breakfast team was friendly and courteous, from the omelette, dosa and crepe makers to the servers and cleaning staff. Special thanks to Yoga, Intan, Erin, Mia and Dek Mi. Check-in was smooth, with welcome drinks and a clear explanation of our reservation, then we were taken straight to rooms where our bags were waiting. Staff showed us the amenities and how they worked. All staff were warm and professional, and went out of their way to make our week comfortable. We’d recommend the resort and plan to come back.

The rooms are spacious and have lovely views, and the staff were helpful and friendly. It’s a beautiful resort. At night, though, the jungle setting gets very dark and makes walking around difficult. They could add more lighting.

The greenery around the hotel and the rice field made our stay feel special. We had a clean, comfortable two-bedroom private pool villa in a really beautiful hotel. The staff were good.

Tia gave us a warm welcome when we arrived, and room service was quick. The resort has amazing views all around, plenty of activities, and an A+ breakfast spread. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone traveling with kids. It would be a great place to book.
