My wife left her wedding ring at the villa, and the staff drove nearly 2 hours to bring it to our next villa. They were absolutely amazing, and the rooms were perfect. We're in Bali often, my wife is Indonesian, and we've stayed in many places here. This is the second best private villa we've come across. Even so, it's by far the best place we've stayed. If you're visiting Ubud, make sure you book it.

We'd traveled 1.5 hours away to our next destination when the staff contacted us about the ring I'd left in the room. They drove all the way to return it, and my husband and I can't thank them enough for such out of this world service. They really go above and beyond. The room was clean, and the pool was beautiful and clean too. Everything was top notch, better than some more expensive villas. Definitely book here if you're in Ubud!

The breakfast got repetitive fast, mostly eggs with rice or noodles each day. The chickens were another thing, calling out around 2, 4, and 6 in the morning and waking me up 😂. Still, the rooms were clean, the service was friendly, and with a motorbike you can get to lots of viewpoints and restaurants in just a few minutes. Really nice hotel.
