Penjiwaan Community

I got rude remarks and heard gossiping, which turned a peaceful place into a toxic environment. I won't recommend it to my community in Bali. The night shift security staff member who wears glasses needs their performance reviewed and more training.

The house manager Pak Gusde, housekeeping, and the private chef welcomed us on our first day and were wonderful throughout. They were helpful, always smiling, and a pleasure to have around. The staff and villa rooms were excellent, with great variety, attentive room service, and well looked after amenities. It's a luxury tropical villa with great service and value, and we ended up missing our time in Bali every second. Thanks for making our requests and favors possible.

We've been here several times, but the night shift security guard, an older man, has had the same rude attitude toward guests each time. Hospitality should come first in Bali, and he has no manners with guests. I won't recommend the place to my friends.

The house itself is something you need to experience to appreciate. It has a huge master bedroom with distinctive decor, plus a great living room and pool area for relaxing or spending time with friends and family. The home is within Penjiwaan Community, a wonderful place, and it's about a 10-15 minute drive to central Ubud. There are nice places nearby for days when you don't want to go far. Staff were friendly, accommodating, and available throughout our stay to help with shopping, transport, or anything else we needed. It blends Bali with western luxury living, and we had a great holiday in this inspiring Ubud home.
