I stayed for a month and felt at home. The owners are lovely and always available. When I had a problem with the AC control, they fixed it right away. It’s super central and close to everything. I highly recommend it!

The view and swimming pool were the best parts for me. It felt like a little paradise, and I couldn't recommend it more. The family who own it were amazing and always trying to help with whatever we needed. The location is great, about a 7 minute walk to the Ubud market without being in the middle of the chaos. The room was big, the linen clean, the towels fresh, and the AC worked perfectly. Thanks a lot! 😊

Wayan was always super kind, thanks mate 🙏. Pondok Ayu was an amazing value for money, with the upper rooms and pool area feeling like a small oasis. It’s also just a few minutes’ walk from the real center of Ubud.

The owners and staff were kind and attentive. It was beautiful and calm, with a gorgeous, relaxing pool and nice, minimal rooms. The location was very good, and for the price it exceeded my expectations.

I absolutely hated my room. There were spider webs everywhere, and spiders too. The horrible mold smell made it impossible to sit in the room, and the dim lighting made it feel like a prison. The walls and sheets were dirty, and I suspect the sheets hadn’t been washed or changed between guests. As a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel safe either. The staff seemed weird. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place or stay here again.
