Alex was a fantastic host, polite, quick to reply on WhatsApp, and always happy to help. We spent five nights at Puri Arta Villa and thought the price was good for the quality. There are good places to eat, a store, and a money exchange within walking distance. Ubud city center is close, though best reached by taxi, Grab, or Gojek. The villa was clean and tidy, and the private pool was great for cooling off or relaxing after a busy day in Bali. Breakfast was really good and served punctually as agreed the day before. Don't expect a hotel buffet, but that wasn't an issue for us. If you're after a nice private villa in a calm area, this is a good choice.

Alex, who manages the villa, was super friendly and always ready to help. The hospitality was top-notch, and breakfast was great. The place felt clean, calm, and safe, even though it's near the road rather than in a remote area. Markets, restaurants, and rice fields for running around are nearby. We had a wonderful stay at Puri Arta Villa.

Grab was easy to get from Puri Artha Villa, and marts and restaurants are nearby. The area feels peaceful, and the villa is near the road rather than somewhere remote. It was very clean and felt safe. Alex, who manages it, was super friendly and ready to help, and the hospitality and breakfast were both great. We had a wonderful stay.

Alex was one of the most gracious hosts we've met in our travels. We felt privileged to have a luxury experience while supporting a family-run business. The location was ideal, and the accommodations were comfortable, clean, and safe. My husband and I had a wonderful time at Puri Arta Villa. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Ubud area, and hope to return someday.

Alex made our stay especially memorable. He picked us up at the airport, shared insider tips, and prepared breakfast every morning. He couldn't have been more helpful. We spent four nights at Puri Arta. The villa was charming, clean, and better than we expected. We'd stay again without a doubt.
