The location is handy, within walking distance of downtown Ubud, but the rooms were not clean. There were stains on the bed, old contacts on the nightstand, and hair from previous guests clogging the drains. I woke up twice to cockroaches in the room, and the showerheads sprayed everywhere except down. Half of the pool area and garden was a mess. I had to ask several times before the room was cleaned better, and even then it still wasn’t good. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The pool was really good and big, and the villa is beautiful. The staff member was amazing and so friendly, and breakfast was yummy. Great location too, I’d highly recommend it.

We had a nice private four-bedroom villa in the heart of Ubud, with separate rooms and a big swimming pool. It works well for a group of up to 8 people. The location on bisma street is very convenient, with lots of restaurants, shops, and cafes along the street.

The rooms were big and really comfortable, and the pool area was lovely. Great location too. The one thing that annoyed me was finding that the sheets hadn’t been changed after the previous guests.
