Puri Padma Hotel

The location is handy, with Ubud Art Market nearby, the hotel right on the road, waterfalls not far away, and bike rentals close by. The hotel management’s overall manner was good, though some employees behaved improperly. The rooms are small, the room equipment isn’t good quality, and they only provide water once a day. I wasn’t satisfied with the room quality, management behavior, or the limited options. If you’re in Ubud, it may be worth checking other places too. See the pictures I took on the trip.

The rooms are a little small, but the location is great. The market and Ubud Palace are both within walking distance, along with everything else. Staff were very friendly, and prices were affordable.

I kept adding another night because I was so happy here. It’s peaceful and quiet, but still only a short walk from central Ubud, so everything is close without the crowds. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely, attentive, kind, and always polite. Definitely worth the money. I’d love to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud.

The staff and service were the best things here, along with the hotel layout and location. It’s far enough outside Ubud to avoid the noise and bustle, though traffic can back up on the road in, as it seems to across Bali these days. The rooms are decent and everything works. You can ask them to put a fridge in your room, and the food is good. There’s also a nice rooftop sitting area with a lovely view of Agung and the rice fields.
