Ratna Guest House

The rooms were a little dated, but clean and well cared for. It felt local without being too remote, and the staff were very, very lovely. The location is perfect, though it can be a tad hard to find. I’d go back.

The room was really nice and clean. It gets loud at night, but it’s doable. It’s a little tricky to find, though not too hard. You have to walk between different accommodations, but there are signs to guide you.

Our room was quiet and we had a lovely stay, despite having read comments about noise. It was roomy too, with a nice outdoor space. Finding the place took a little effort, but the entrance is beautifully done and feels like arriving at a temple. I'd suggest coming in from the main street and going through another hotel.

Right in the middle of Ubud, so everything's close, and it stays quiet at night. The rooms were okay, though there was a bit of mould on the walls. The bathroom is very basic. Staff at Ratna will sort out problems, but they weren't especially welcoming. The reviews about the child were unfortunately accurate, though I understand the situation. Fine for a stay, nothing special.
