I felt well looked after throughout my stay. The room was comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the service was outstanding. It was an excellent experience from beginning to end. I’d highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

We booked Renjana Boutique at 10pm after the villa we were staying in elsewhere in Ubud turned out to be below standard. Even though we arrived so late, the staff welcomed us warmly and made sure we had what we needed. They were attentive and helpful throughout, greeting us when we came and went and asking if we needed anything. The villa is about a 30-minute drive from the city centre. That worked well for us, since the centre gets a lot of traffic and it’s easier to travel from Renjana Boutique Villa. The only snag was that, as a new villa, it didn’t show up on Grab, so it was hard to make sure we were being dropped at the right place. The villa itself is stunning, clean and modern, with rustic, attractive furniture. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals, and there’s a water filter for drinking water. Breakfast wasn’t included when I booked, but you can get it at a reasonable price and eat either in your villa or in the main reception area.

The peaceful atmosphere and lovely, well-kept garden made this a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the private pool too. We’d definitely come back.

The villa itself is clean, spacious and beautifully designed, with a calm, relaxing atmosphere that suited a getaway perfectly. I’d recommend it for a holiday and would love to return.
