Sapta House is close to Jalan Raya, Ubud Palace, Ubud Market, Sacred Monkey Forest, and Campuhan Ridge walk, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Even with all that around, nights were fairly quiet. I spent two weeks here and found the family running the guesthouse welcoming. The room was spacious, air-conditioned, and had a nice balcony. It was tidied every day, and I didn't see any bugs. The entrance has a typical Balinese style. I'd absolutely recommend it.

The setting and building are stunning, with birds and cats living peacefully together. My room was spotless and surprisingly quiet despite being on a busy road, and I slept really well every night. I arrived a little after midnight and was worried about checking in, but the hosts welcomed me and got me settled without any trouble. They were always smiling and glad to help. There are lots of shops and cafes within walking distance, so I hardly needed a ride. I loved my time here and would love to come back someday.

The WiFi was there, but too slow to use, so I relied on mobile data for my whole stay. Apart from that, daily room cleaning made my week comfortable, and the house was clean with no bugs that I spotted. The owner's family were very friendly, and I got to stay in a cozy Balinese-style home.

The family running the place are extremely nice, and it's great value for what you get. You can arrange tours there and have your laundry sent out. It's right in the middle of town but stays quiet. Rooms are spacious and clean, the AC works really well, and breakfast is simple but enough to get you through the morning.
