The family-run feel made us feel at home, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and often checked whether we needed anything. Our vacation went wonderfully, and we were satisfied throughout the stay. Service felt nearly five-star, with very clean, impressively large rooms and everything we needed in our private villa, including its own pool. There’s also a large shared pool. Breakfast came with the room, with plenty of freshly prepared options. The garden is beautifully landscaped, and there’s laundry at a very reasonable price plus a shuttle service, which was an extra advantage.

This was my second stay at Tirta Arum Ubud, and it feels like home to me. The staff are cheerful and friendly, and the hotel is good value for the price. If you want a peaceful, quiet atmosphere, this is a good choice, and the pool is lovely. It’s a 15 munites walk to central Ubud and 30 munites to monkey forest. If you’d rather not walk, there’s a shuttle bus every day between the hotel and Ubud city center. I love Ubud/Bali, and I love Tirta Arum Ubud.

The family who runs Tirta Arum Hotel made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. They’re incredibly kind, and you can feel how much care goes into the place. I loved the fresh, authentic Balinese food. The rooms are beautiful and clean, surrounded by nature, and the atmosphere is peaceful and authentic, a welcome break from busy areas. If you’re after a Bali stay with warmth and heart, I highly recommend it.

I spent five days here and was very pleased with my choice. The large pool has a beautiful view of the greenery, and I loved the garden and breakfasts. I also asked for a floating breakfast, which was amazing and complimentary. The staff were extremely polite, and the property looks beautiful. It’s quiet, with no construction nearby, which suited me as a light sleeper. I could arrange a massage or taxi through the hotel, and Gojek made it easy to get around. They even drove me to the airport at the end of my stay. I was very satisfied and highly recommend it.

We treated ourselves to the villa with a private pool and loved every moment. The staff were so kind, and it’s close to the city. We also thought the main pool was incredible, and got to enjoy a “floating” breakfast.
