The pool is the highlight here, and it’s a great choice if having one and keeping costs low are your main priorities. The rest is very basic, which is about what you’d expect from a two-star place, and it’s quite inexpensive. Breakfast costs 20,000IDR, around $2AUD. The food wouldn’t be something I’d rave about, but it is extremely cheap.

I stayed in a dorm bed and thought it was good value. There’s air conditioning, comfortable beds, a small cafeteria, hot showers available around the clock, and a nice pool that’s open 24/7. I also noticed quite a few details around the pool made from recycled materials. The property is about 3kms from Ubud center in a quiet spot, with some rice fields nearby that give it a bit of that local feel.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and there’s a lovely pool. The Balinese-style accommodation was beautiful, clean, and well cared for. It’s just a short scooter ride into town.

Really nice pool, tasty breakfast and a setting surrounded by nature. Everything was good apart from the bed, which let it down. For the price, I’d say 4.7.
